Newly ousted Brooks Elementary School Principal Shahran Spears thanks and speaks to her supporters outside of the DeKalb CUSD 428 Education Service Center in DeKalb after the day-long meeting which ended with the five to two vote by DeKalb CUSD 428 to dismiss Spears on Monday, June 15, 2015.
