Sycamore Police Parking Enforcement Officer Giovanni Serra passes a box of parking meters to Sycamore Commander Michael Anderson while unloading a truck at the Sycamore Police Station on Thursday, July 30, 2015. The City of Joliet sold their surplus coin-operated parking meters to the City of Sycamore for $300 so that Sycamore may replace or fix any malfunctioning meters.
