A Sycamore Police car is parked outside of the Texas Roadhouse in Sycamore during the Special Olympics fundraiser hosted by the DeKalb Police Department, Sycamore Police Department, NIU Police, and the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office on Friday, July 31, 2015. Law enforcement officials served free lunch to patrons providing they leave a monetary donation to Special Olympics on the table leaving.
