Out-of-service penny parking meters line shelves in an office at the Sycamore Police Department. On Tuesday, July 7, 2015, the City of Joliet approved to sell their surplus coin-operated parking meters to the City of Sycamore for $300 so that Sycamore may replace or fix any malfunctioning meters.
