Fred Rowe's Ford Explorer rests on its roof Wednesday morning after Rowe was involved in an accident with another vehicle close to the front doors of Sozo Market on the corner of Seventh Street and Lincoln Highway in DeKalb on July 8, 2015. Rowe was bruised but no extrication was needed and no one was transported.
