Anaya Decleene, 8, has her face painted by Aliyaj Lopez, 6, during Sycamore's first Ribs, Rhythm and Brews Fest Saturday at Somonauk Street in downtown Sycamore. Sycamore Chamber of Commerce has said they plan to make the festival an annual event.
