Ron Hopper, son-in-law of Irene Clay, measures the depth dug for the foundation of Clay's new modular house in Fairdale on Wednesday, August 5 2015. The house is scheduled to come in on September 9th. Hopper and his wife, Geri Hopper, lived with Clay when the tornado hit Fairdale and destroyed many homes.
