In an assembly line fashion, Noah Spear (left), 11, of Kirkland, Marion Metz (center),of McHenry, and Michael Metz (right), 10, of McHenry, put together boxes which were donated to better sort clothes at the shelters in Franklin Township Park in Kirkland on Saturday, April 11, 2015. Clothes from the Kirkland Community Fire Department were transported over to the shelters because the amount of donations overwhelmed the rooms inside the fire barn.
