A 5K spectator pets Roxie, a 6-year-old westie, belonging to Mandy Harmon, and Lambau, a 4 year-old basset/lab mix, belonging to Sandy Wicklund, near the starting line of the 9th annual Tails Mutt Strut at Hopkins Park in DeKalb on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014. Harmon and Wicklund's mother, Peggy Gallegos, was a senior volunteer at Tails and they were participating in the 5K in her memory.
