Cargo stacked two high on a Union Pacific train rolls through DeKalb at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Fourth St. as traffic backs up Thursday afternoon, October 2, 2014. The Union Pacific tracks that run through downtown DeKalb carry about 45 trains daily.
