Seven-year-old poodle mix Max had to undergo surgery to remove five of his front teeth, including a canine, after another resident of DeKalb's Northern View Community allegedly kicked the dog last Tuesday, October 21. Max is a service dog for Jessica Woollcombe who has multiple sclerosis.
