Northern Illinois University's Bill Nicklas, Vice President of Operations & Community Relations, speaks at his retirement party at the Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center on Friday, October 31, 2014. Nicklas was a top administrator at NIU for 3.5 years. There were nearly a hundred people that came to his party from NIU, Sycamore, and DeKalb.
