Wiliam Moore points to DeKalb County on a voting map for the 1860 presidential election in his DeKalb home on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 while wife Jane Moore looks on. Abraham Lincoln won Illinois 51% over Lincoln Douglas' 47%, with DeKalb being one of four counties in the state that he won with over 75%.
