Hahn said he wanted to get her something because she has done a number of things to help him while he is recovering from a ruptured brain aneurysm, including quitting her job and taking care of him in a number of ways like helping him put on socks and shoes. Hahn is slated to return to teaching art at three DeKalb elementary schools at the end of January.
