Amberley Kowalski fills out an entry form for a raffle at Kishwaukee Hospital's Cancer Center. The raffle was for patients and had prizes from numerous sponsors in celebration of the center's one-year anniversary on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011. Kowalski, 27, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in August of 2010 and received a bone marrow transplant this July and may be getting another one.
