Hunter Cagle was born at Kishwaukee Community Hospital in DeKalb, Ill. at 5:27 a.m. on January 1, 2011. The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

Amanda Elkins and daughter Jazmine Luciano were killed in a car accident in January of 2005, her family is still trying to reach a settlement with the medical facility that treated her daughter shortly before the accident.
