Mike Thompson, of Lovetts Towing, inspects damage on a truck before he towed it in Pearl Street in DeKalb, Ill., on Tuesday April 20, 2010. The driver of the vehicle clipped the top of the truck under the railroad bridge on Pearl Street just south of West Lincoln Highway. Rail travel on the Pearl Street bridge was halted temporarily by Union Pacific Railroad until it was found to not be damaged.
