Josh Boldt, a patrol officer with the DeKalb Police Department, finished his wings first on his team Wednesday as the DeKalb Police and Fire Department's faced off in a wing eating contest at Buffalo Wild Wings in DeKalb. The restaurant donated 10% of all proceeds from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Wednesday to the DeKalb Police Department's annual Heroes and Helpers event that gives Christmas gifts to local children in need.
