Sue Doubler, (right) retired from Northern Illinois University, receives her gifts after she is announced as a 2019 Woman of Accomplishment honoree Tuesday during the 30th annual Athena Awards reception hosted by the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce in the Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center at Northern Illinois University. Margaret Phillips, also retired from NIU was also a 2019 Woman of Accomplishment honoree.
