Mike Cutler, senior vice president of business development with Billy Casper Golf consulting agency presents his findings Thursday on what it would take to make the DeKalb Park District golf courses profitable. Cutler was speaking during the DeKalb Park District board meeting at the Ellwood House Visitor Center. One of the items discussed during the meeting was the sustainability of the River Heights Golf Course.
