Bruce Rauner speaks at the Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center at Northern Illinois University Tuesday during the announcement of NIU's involvement in the Illinois Innovation Network in partnership with the University of Illinois system. The Illinois Innovation Network brings together community leaders, innovation-minded groups, enterprises, and educational institutions on a common platform where they can connect with each other to further innovation and economic growth in Illinois.
