Northern Illinois University President Lisa Freeman talks Monday at Kishwaukee College about 2 Degrees in 3 Years, a partnership between NIU, Kishwaukee College and area high schools. The program allows students to achieve an associate degree and a bachelor's degree in only three years by taking college credit courses in high school.
