Kishwaukee College President Laurie Borowicz talks Monday at the college about 2 Degrees in 3 Years, a partnership between Kishwaukee College, Northern Illinois University and area high schools. The program allows students to achieve an associate degree and a bachelor's degree in only three years by taking college credit courses in high school.
