Sycamore city manager Brian Gregory addresses the packed house at a planning commission meeting on Monday, Sep. 11, 2017 at the Sycamore City Council Chambers in Sycamore. A group is looking to rezone the property at 1101 Hathaway Drive, a vacant lot behind Blain's Farm & Fleet and next to the Peace Road Place strip mall, to build an apartment complex, which has many people upset.
