Andy Raih, (left) Streets Superintendent at City of DeKalb Public Works, talks Wednesday about the new eagle sculpture at Annie's Woods created by Bill Baker of Top Notch Chainsaw Carvings. The project, which includes three carvings on dead trees in local parks, was a coordinated effort between the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, DeKalb Public Works, and DeKalb Park District. They hope to commission more carvings in the future.
