Phil Young, DeKalb Park District President of the Board of Commissioners talks Wednesday about the new eagle sculpture at Annie's Woods in DeKalb. The project, which includes three carvings on dead trees in local parks, was a coordinated effort between the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, DeKalb Public Works, and DeKalb Park District. They hope to commission more carvings in the future.
