Ray Feltz, 70, points out his neighbors security camera Thursday. Feltz, who also has installed cameras at his home, accuses his neighbor of poisoning his Yorkshire terrier. Feltz posted a sign in the yard at his residence at 1720 S. 4th Street in DeKalb, that reads "ATTENTION RESIDENTS! I think Guy Homa poisened (sic) our faithful 10 year old puppy."
