U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Channahon, talks to students as he tours the code_orange program workspace which is a partnership between Northern Illinois University and Discover. The facility, in Founders Library on campus, was a stop on the bus tour of DeKalb that Kinzinger was taking along with officials from the city and NIU.
