Doug Stice, owner of School Tool Box, talks Monday about the quality of the nearly 90 seasonal emloyees they hire in the summer months, many of them local students, in the warehouse of the factility on Barber Greene Road in DeKalb. School Tool Box works with schools in DeKalb County and across the country to provide school supply kits based on each school’s specifications.
