Lucinda Castano points out a missing smoke alarm Wednesday in her apartment in the Hunter Property building at 930 Greenbrier Road in DeKalb. Castano and other tenants are considering a class action lawsuit against Hunter Properties relating to the alleged lack of response from the landlord to several reported building issues.
