Police from DeKalb and Kane Counties surround a white Dodge Ram pickup truck on Thursday, July 13, 2017 in Maple Park. The male suspect, Christopher Roby of DeKalb, 41, was involved in a high speed driving through both counties on Wednesday night and was said to have a gun with him as per reports heard over the police scanner. SWAT teams joined in the standoff with armored vehicles, blocking in his truck, which caused large clouds of white smoke from the vehicle tires spinning.
