Stephen Bigolin, local historian and friend of Paul A. Nehring, talks Friday about some of the history of the Nehring building at 164 East Lincoln Highway as DeKalb Chamber of Commerce Membership Manager Anna Coates looks on. Starting out as a bank the location has housed many different businesses and organizations through the years and will soon be home to the offices of the City of DeKalb.
