A dog looks down from the third floor Thursday in an apartment complex at 930 Greenbrier Road in DeKalb after a suspicious morning fire at the location. This building is owned by Hunter Properties who also own Ridgebrook Apartments where a fire that occurred Tuesday night is under investigation.
