DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies and Northern Illinois University Police place a subject under arrest Friday after a car he was suspected of driving crashed into a creek behind New Residence Hall on the campus of Northern Illinois University. The car was involved in a police pursuit on the west side of DeKalb.
