Scott Cochrane of DeKalb sands down the sides of wood planks used to build bookcases for the DeKalb/Sycamore Bookcase Project on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in DeKalb. A total of 50 bookcases with children's books will be given out the first weekend in May to children in the Two Rivers Head Start program.
