Jen Conley, a DeKalb based music therapist, plays songs as Phyllis McCormick, 100, sings along Thursday in her room at Oak Crest Retirement Center in DeKalb. McCormick has regular music therapy sessions with Conley and said she likes the sessions because the music takes her back in time and helps her remember her late husband John McCormick.
