DeKalb City Manager Bill Nicklas talks Tuesday about the ongoing construction in the lobby of the Nehring building at 164 East Lincoln Highway where most of the original fixtures, including the vault and marble flooring, will be retained. The building will be home to the City of DeKalb offices when renovations are completed in March.
