DeKalb Police officer Jorge Abonce does a demonstration of a field sobriety test Friday at the DeKalb Police Department. Officers have received training on enforcing the new cannabis laws in Illinois, including how to determine whether there is probable cause to detain a driver who may be impaired after using marijuana.
