“These are your friends? And they’re just sitting here? Not calling the police to get him some help?” Williams said. “This is what you live around, and they’re allowing this to happen? If you can do something like that publicly, and nobody tries to get you help, something’s wrong. If I hadn’t been there, I don’t know how things would have ended up.”
